The most helpful book by far when it comes to putting it all together and yet, keeping if fairly simple. If there is one better I sure haven't found it! It teaches you how to build the house not how to pound nails. Theory, scales, and even riffs out of context are merely pounding nails if you don't know how to put them together. Some of the lines might be tough for the beginner from a technique basis but are easy enough if your chops are up.With a little practice you can mix these lines all over the place and really come up with some nice solos. You'll get your money's worth and then some with this one. About ready to give up trying to play Blues? This is the book for you!
